Our technicians use Matterport Pro 2 cameras to scan your space. These cameras produce digital 4k, high-resolution images and 3D data with 99% accuracy. This data is used to also generate floor plans and other 3D add-ons.

On average, it takes about an hour to capture a space under 2000 sqft. Our technicians then fine-tune the model. Based on the complexity of the space, it takes between 24-72 hours to be ready for use.

Send us an email with all of the information you’d like to add (images, videos, links to e-commerce pages) and our technicians will add it into your model through Mattertags. Mattertags can be edited and updated at any time after the model is created.

You will receive an email letting you know that your space is ready! In that email, you will be provided with two links: one to use on your social media, and one that can be added to your website.
